Thomas Jay Reynolds dies at 50

Thomas Jay Reynolds, of Temecula, Calif., formerly of Chesterton, passed away July 20, 2008 at Gwinnett Medical Center in Atlanta, Ga. He was 50.

He was born Aug. 27, 1957 in Lackawanna, N.Y., the son of Elizabeth (Hall) and Thomas Reynolds, both of whom preceded him in death.

He is survived by his sister, Karen (Bill) Ketcham; his brother, Rob (Debby) Reynolds with nieces Kristin, Tara and Mallory; his brother, John (Karen) Reynolds with nephew Eric and niece Paige and sister, Bette Travis.

Tom was a 1975 Chesterton High School graduate. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. He was a very giving, kind, and compassionate person who was full of sunshine and always put a smile on your face. He loved to play golf. He was very good at the game and always had fun playing it.

Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
