Our Indiana Dunes; Let it Be!

The same interests that proposed the best part of our Indiana Dunes be sacrificed and destroyed for the building of the now bankrupted Bethlehem Steel (a foreign owned entity) are the same short-sighted opportunists who now want to develop more of our natural environment for the building of a hotel along the beach.

Like our Toll Road, it is only a matter of time before this too would be leased to foreign investors and while serving only the wealthy.

Hence, leave the park as it is, or acquire some land from the Bethlehem site and build on those former dunes that should have been saved for the American citizenry and not prize real estate for a foreign billionaire.
