Voice of the People

Contrary to what the crowd at the Planning Commission stated last night there is a desire for a retail development in Chesterton. I want my dollars to stay in Chesterton to give us some tax revenue. I feel I pay more than my fair share in property taxes and CEDIT. Chesterton has historically always said no to everything that comes along. I say give this new development a chance. I think that it could be an asset to this town.
