Manmade global warming is Bunk:

In 2002 a couple of sociologist type scientists got a Nobel prize for a concept they called availability bias. Simplistically speaking: this concept means that people come to believe what they hear, if they hear enough of it. This week a WSJ article related this concept to the currently popular fears of “Global Warming”. The WSJ article said there could be forgiveness for scientists who bought into the fears as scientists are people too and subject to the same forces. However, less forgiveness should be shown for news media and none for politicians as they depend on putting out information for their livelihood.

Years ago the theory of “Eugenics” was popular world wide before Hitler drove it to its ultimate conclusion. After seeing what that theory led to, nobody admits to believing it today. Today, and an example is the just passed “Energy” bill, we are about to jump off another cliff which will have severe effects on human welfare in costs and food availability in the name of combating “global warming” effects.

Not to say we should not be mindful of our effects on our environment, but more and more scientists are speaking out and calling the idea that mankind’s activities are leading us into a climatological disaster “Bunk”.

For much more detail, read the U.S. Senate report of 12/20/2007 (126 pages) which debunks “Global Warming” fears and lists the names, qualifications, and statements by 400 scientists who oppose the theory.
