the Council will consider two ordinances. The first is to increase the
Town’s monthly stormwater fee from $4 to $6. The Stormwater Management Board
recently passed a recommendation to increase the fee at its October meeting.

the Council will hold second reading on appropriating $46,000 in the Parks

also hear reports from department heads. The public may make comments and
present petitions at the start of the meeting.
Due to next week
being the week of Thanksgiving, Town officials originally scheduled the
November meetings for the Stormwater Management Board and the Redevelopment
Commission for this Tuesday instead of Nov. 22.
Both of those
meetings, as well as the Police Commission meeting, have been canceled due
to lack of business.
