The Porter Board of
Zoning Appeals will meet 6:30 p.m. Wednesday for its regular meeting at Town
Hall, 303 Franklin St.
On the agenda is a
public hearing for Joseph and Judith Navarro’s request for a developmental
standards variance at 1201 N. Mineral Springs. The Navarros wish to obtain
the variance to put up an additional accessory building. The total area
cannot exceed twice the size of the house on the property.
In other business,
the board will hear an update from its attorney and give the audience the
chance to speak on non-agenda items.
The Porter Advisory
Plan Commission will not meet on Tuesday. The meeting has been canceled due
to lack of business.
