developed Lakes of Valparaiso, has proposed detailed plans for the complex.
In other business,
the Planners will also consider site plan approval for St. Cloud,
Minn.-based Anderson Trucking to build a secure truck maintenance and driver
training facility on U.S. 20 immediately east of Shelton Fireworks and
conduct a preliminary hearing to rezone that property from B-3 general
business to I-1, light industrial to allow light maintenance on the trucks.
The Board will also
discuss old business including use variances.

welcome to attend with its questions and comments.
