--A 5.21-percent rate hike for the Indian Boundary Conservancy District. Based on average usage, the districtís monthly payment to the Utility would increase from $6,523.94 to $6,863.98.

--A 0.66-percent rake hike for Fox Chase Farms residents. A Fox Chase Farms householdís monthly payment to the Utility would increase from $98.53 to $99.18.

In other business, members are scheduled to discuss the renewal of the tax abatement for Chesterton Health Care Properties LLC, d.b.a. Addison Pointe Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Members are also scheduled to hear a petition by Rebuilding Together Duneland for a waiver of building permit fees in connection with the annual Rebuilding Event later this month.
