The Chesterton boys tennis team won both doubles points, but couldn’t find
one in singles in dropping a 3-2 decision to South Bend Adams on Saturday.
Adam Scheerer and Zac Nabhan had little trouble at No. 1 doubles with a 6-0,
6-1 victory over Lukas Hostetler and Raymond Han.
Remy Hoang and Brent Sergent picked up the second team point with a 6-4, 6-1
win against Greg Williams and Phil Hostetler.
The Trojans only chance in singles came at No. 2 where Trey Moffett won the
opening set against Joe Chandler 6-4, but fell 6-1, 6-1 in the final two
sets.
Chesterton returns to the court on Tuesday when they travel to Wheeler to
face the Bearcats at 4:15 p.m.

Chesterton’s junior varsity is now 2-0 on the year.
