The Chesterton boys golf team split a Duneland Athletic Conference triangular at Beechwood Golf Course on Tuesday afternoon.

LaPorte won the meet with a 154-team score, while the Trojans followed with 168 and Michigan City tallied 175.

Adam Vander Zanden shot a two-over par 38 to lead Chesterton. Vander Zanden was followed by Austin Johnson with a 42, Mike Marshall with a 43, Logan Krantz with a 45 and Toby O’Malley with a 49.

LaPorte’s Joel Collins fired an even par 36 for medalist honors.

Chesterton -- Adam Vander Zanden 38, Austin Johnson 42, Mike Marshall 43, Logan Krantz 45, Toby O’Malley 49.
