girls tennis team dropped a 3-2 decision to Culver Academy on Friday night.
The Trojans got a
pair of victories in singles at the top of their lineup beginning with
Hannah Nabhan beating Kingsley Cortes 6-3, 6-2 at No. 1.
Paige Donovan also
won with a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Camila Romandia at No. 2.
“Tonight we honored
our three seniors, Taylor Nemtuda, Amanda Slivka and Ashley Fazekas,”
Chesterton coach Tom Bour said. “Those three girls all represented CHS the
right way and were such great teammates. They are tremendous role models for
our younger kids as they always put team first ahead of personal glory.”
