The Chesterton girls tennis team continued its impressive 2010-2011 season with a 3-2 victory over Plymouth on Monday afternoon.

The Trojans continued their dominating play in the top two singles spot as Bobbi Modesto and Margaret Shinn won easily.

Modesto beat Erin Kinney at No. 1 singles 6-0, 6-0, while Shinn beat Kelly Hoeffler 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2 singles.

Chesterton’s third point came with a hard-fought win at No. 2 doubles by Amanda Susnak and Brittny Stephan over Marissa German and Chelsea Thoden 7-6 (7-2), 4-6, 6-3.
