swim team set themselves up for a 21st consecutive IHSAA Sectional title on
The Trojans will
have the top seed in 10 events on Saturday when the Sectional Finals and
tickets to the IHSAA State Finals begin at 1 p.m. at CHS. The Diving prelims
are scheduled for 9 a.m. on Saturday.
“We had a solid
night,” Chesterton coach Kevin Kinel said. “We’ve set ourselves up to win
the Sectional and get kids down to State. That was the goal.”

1-2-3 were Lucas Piunti, Declan Tharp and Alejandro Kincaid in the 200 IM
and Killosky, Gabe Eschbach and Eric Carlson in the 500 Free.
qualifiers for the Trojans were Ethan Wing in the 50 Free and 100 Free,
Piunti in the 100 Back, the 200 Medley Relay, the 200 Free Relay and the 400
