CHS Boys Cross Country wins Jack Bransford Invite

The Chesterton boys cross country had to go to the sixth man tiebreaker, but came out with a victory in the six-team Jack Bransford Invitational in LaPorte on Tuesday.

Mitch Wilborn finished third overall in 17:25, while Emmett Sullivan was fifth in 17:32. Also finishing in the top 10 were Jakob Kintzele (7th, 17:35) and Lucas Rhed (10th, 17:44).

Rounding out top 15 finishers for the Trojans were Alex Genetski (11th, 17:48) and Parker Whitmore (12th, 17:49).
