The Chesterton boys track team finished sixth overall in the 14-team West Lafayette Relay, but did come away with two meet records.

The Trojans won the 4x800 with the group of Joe Troop, Billy Biehl, Austin Palombizio and Tyler Rusboldt in 8:01.54, while Justin Zosso set the meet record, winning the pole vault by clearing 15-feet.

Chesterton also finished second overall in the 4x1600 relay (Biehl, Palombizio, Rusboldt, Andrew Kearney) in 18:27.58 and were third in the 4x400 (Archie Sullivan, Nick Barango, Jordan Napier, Troop) in 3:28.63.

Sean Matheny was the top individual performace for the Trojans with a third place finish in the shot put (47-feet).
