CHS Boys Golf finishes 7th at Uebele Invite

The Chesterton boys golf team finished seventh overall in the 25-team Uebele Invitational on Friday at Beechwood in LaPorte.

Valparaiso won the event with a 310 team score, while Triton (314), Crown Point (316), Lake Central (324) and Portage (325) rounded out the top five.

Brandon Martin led the way for the Trojans with a 78, followed by Zach Von Huben (83), Evan Zondor (84) and Eric Richardson (84). John Kelley finished the scoring with a 93.
