The Chesterton girls track team battled all night, but only mustered a 66-66 tie at Crown Point on Tuesday.

The lone double individual winner for the Trojans was Kristen Homme in the 1600 (5:27.29) and the 800 (2:27.18).

Other individual winners included Katie Haggerty in the high jump (5-0), Katie Urycki in the long jump (16-1), Emily Kozak in the pole vault (10-0) and Bridget Brendza in the 300 hurdles (50.69).

Chesterton also won the 4x100 relay with the group of Claire Brady, Ari Mahaffey, Urycki and Tia Peters (52.15) and the 4x800 relay with the quartet of Erin Socha, Rosie Biehl, Homme and Kassidy Scott (9:52.98).

Second place finishers included Geena Tumidalsky (high jump), Kaitlin Loehmer (long jump), Brendza (100 hurdles), Anna Raffin (100, 400), Scott (1600) and Buckmaster (3200).

Third place point-scorers were Sara Filipek (discus), Alexis Malay (pole vault), Juli Sutter (shot put), Jordyn Kincy (400, 200) and Biehl (800).
