Harold Lush put a
lot of time into his candidacy for the Democrat nomination for Porter County
Sheriff but in the end he was unable to get around the experience and name
recognition of his opponent, former sheriff Dave Reynolds.

Reynolds will face
a tougher opponent in the fall, Valparaiso Police Chief Mike Brickner, who
