A group of
residents from the neighboring subdivision Tanner Trace came to the meeting
with questions prepared for the petitioner Tooraj Torabi, who also owns the
property, specifically about a document that had initially been filed with
the Plan Commission office showing a building and parking area.
Charles Ray of the
Duneland Group Inc., who Torabi has sought to present his request, said this

document showing the building was intended to give county planners an idea
of what the “worst-case scenario” would be and is no longer part of Torabi’s
request, he said.
The request is only
for the commission to approve the rezoning, Ray said.
