the agenda include a petition by the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore to
vacate subdivision right-of-ways in the Dunewood Subdivision, Hawleywood
Subdivision and Pottawatomie Vista. The right-of-ways are in Westchester
Twp. off Tremont Rd. in Porter, north of U.S. 20 and the Discovery Charter.

Hospital for x-ray machines.
Michelle Clancy will ask the Commissioners to approve a proposal to create
tax information and maintenance from LOW Associates, which will be updating
the County’s financial system.
ITS Director Don
Wellsand will ask the Commissioners’ approval for a copier maintenance
agreement with Adams Remco for the County Clerk’s office as well as an
invoice from NCI to install four network cables at the new Animal Shelter
and a quote from NITCO for a new internet service for the County
Prosecutor’s office at 15 N. Franklin St.
Matt Stechley will ask approval with Gertzen Water Management Co. for a
sewage screening management service agreement at the County Jail.
Superintendent Andy McKay will request an additional appropriation of
$100,000 for additional bridge invoices.
