A trucker rolled his semi on Wednesday on an Indiana Toll Road on-ramp in Lake County, the Indiana State Police said.

According to police, at 12:20 p.m. Reymundo C. Ramirez, 47, of Alsip, Ill., took the curved ramp from eastbound I-80/94 to the Toll Road too fast, causing his load to shift and his rig to spill onto its driverís side, blocking the ramp.

Ramirez was hauling 35,000 pounds of pine wood for SPI Red Bluff Millwork of Red Bluff, Calif., police said.

Ramirez was not hurt and no load was lost, police added.

The ramp from I-80 east bound to the Indiana Toll Road was closed until approximately 2:24 p.m.
