A correctional case
manager at the Indiana State Prison in Michigan City was arrested Tuesday on
a charge of sexual misconduct, the Department of Correction (DOC) is
reporting. According to a statement released today by DOC, Heather Fox was
charged with sexual misconduct after an investigation determined that she
had a sexual relationship with an inmate at the Indiana State Prison.
“After an interview
and written statement, she was suspended pending termination and placed
under arrest for violation of sexual misconduct,” DOC said.
Fox was transported
to the LaPorte County Jail.
