The Duneland Schools is inviting parents to attend a free presentation on drug and alcohol trends among Porter County’s youth--entitled “Tall Cop Says Stop”--from 8:30 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, April 6, at the Woodland Park Community Center in Portage.

The presentation is sponsored by the Porter County Substance Abuse Council and its Drunk Driving Task Force.

Officer Jermaine Galloway will be providing parents with the tools, resources, and training to spot the substance trends posing a threat to kids in the community.

Lunch will be provided for this free program.
