It works this way.
You cell phone
rings. Once. You check the number and find that it originates somewhere in
the Caribbean, Antigua letís say. You return the call.
And youíre charged
a fee on your cell phone.
If you donít
recognize the area code--Antigua, for example, is 268--best to check it out
before you make a return call, the Indiana Attorney Generalís Office says.
