Services Wednesday for Mary Beth (Camp) De Hoyos

Mary Beth (Camp) De Hoyos, age 50 of Valparaiso, IN, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family by her side on Thursday, July 23, 2020,

Mary is survived by loving husband, Oscar De Hoyos; wonderful children, David, Justin, and Megan Dalby; amazing step-children, Samantha and Joesph De Hoyos; beautiful granddaughter, Maci Dalby; and soon to be born grandson, Jackson Dalby; parents, Allan and Kristina Camp; sister, Denise (Camp) Henley; brother, Matthew Camp; along with nieces and nephews, Jason Mejia, Alicia (Spooner) Henderson, Nathan Spooner, Parker, Ryder and Sawyer Camp.

Mary grew up and called Chesterton, IN her hometown. However, she also lived in various parts of the country. Her love of travel took her to see and explore many different parts of the world. She also enjoyed doing crafts, journaling,and gardening. But her greatest love was spending time with family and friends. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt and grandmother. She dedicated her time to family and friends who loved her dearly. She battled with stage four ACPMP cancer for nearly three years. Her strength was both inspiring and encouraging. Her smile and laughter was so contagious that love and joy followed her wherever she went.

Funeral Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway, Chesterton, IN 46304 with Pastor Joe Angelo officiating.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
