Francis 'Frank' L. Ray, Jr. passes away

Francis (Frank) L. Ray, Jr., born August 18, 1967, to Francis Ray, Sr. and Joanne Blakey Ray, passed away at his home in New Mexico on January 23, 2020.

Frank was a graduate of Chesterton High School. He worked in pest control locally until he moved to Oregon. There he worked in local law enforcement as a police officer and then in a correctional institution. Eventually he opened his own private security office. Frank was always very artistic, painting on many different objects, carving wood and making metal sculptures. This led to his true passion of tattooing which he was still actively doing when he left this earth.

He was preceded in death by both his parents and his sister, Denise Ray.

He is survived by his fianc, Bridget Woolman, his sons, Dakoda (Kaylee) Ray and Indiana Ray. Also his sisters, Debbie (Bill) Burgess, Laura Ray and Chris Mecca. He also leaves several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and many cousins.
