Robin Matthew Brunder passes away at age 64

Robin Matthew Brunder, age 64 of Chesterton, IN passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019.

He was born on July 14, 1954, in Valparaiso, IN to Edward and Anne Marie (Farrell) Brunder who preceded him in death.

Robin is survived by his loving wife of almost 40 years, Betty (Pliske) Brunder; son, Jonathan Brunder; brother, Edward (Kitty) Brunder Jr.; sisters, Debra (Chuck) Domke, Jane (Eric) Watts; nieces, Angie (Brady), Cyndi (Bud), Patricia (John), and Jamie; nephews, Tom, T.J., Bradley, Ryan and Derek; great-nieces, Fayth, Skye, Nicole and Melissa; great-nephews, Zach (Lauren) and Brandin; grandniece, Addilyn; his beloved dogs, Bailey and Bindi; and many extended family members and friends.

Robin was a Crane Operator at ArcelorMittal. He enjoyed tinkering with electronics, riding his motorcycle, hunting and fishing. Robin was a loving husband, father and uncle. He loved spending time with his family and his dogs. Annual 4th of July parties at Robinís home were always memorable and enjoyed by the whole family. Robin will be missed by all who knew him.
