Erma L. Seymour,
formerly of Liberty Township, passed away on June 18, 2018, at the home of
her daughter, Sharon Carman, Pulaski, TN.
Erma was born on
July 5, 1930, in Chesterton, IN, to Arthur and Olga Slont.
On June 18, 1949,
in Chesterton, she married Donald R. Seymour of LaPorte, IN.
She is survived by
her three daughters: Sharon (Gary) Carman of Pulaski, TN, Janet (RJ) Hronek
of Thomasville, NC, and Lorie (John) Butler of Porter, IN; four
granddaughters; two grandsons; two great-granddaughters; and four
great-grandsons.
She attended church
at Immanuel Lutheran in Tracy, IN, and Trinity Lutheran in Columbia, TN.
Erma worked at farming, Old Equity Insurance, Shoppers Fair, and retired
from Enamel Products and Plating.
Funeral services
will be held on Monday, June 25, 2018, at 12 p.m., at White-Love Funeral
Home, 525 S. 2nd St., Chesterton, IN, with Rev. Albertin and Rev. Hronek
officiating, with burial at Chesterton Cemetery following the service.
The family will
receive friends and family for visitation at the funeral home, two hours
prior to the funeral service, beginning at 10 a.m.
