Sharing of Memories Friday for Reilly Scott Gebert

Reilly Scott Gebert, age 19, of Valparaiso, IN, passed away on November 7, 2017.

He was born on February 20, 1998, to Scott Gebert and Teena (Veden) Gebert.

Reilly is survived by his father, Scott (Alicia Fahlsing) Gebert; mother, Teena (Ryan Boland) Gebert; sisters, Perri and Ryan Gebert; step-brothers, Kevan and Dylan Boland; maternal grandmother, Carole Veden; paternal grandparents, Terry (Wanda) Gebert; girlfriend, Riley Syren; uncles, Todd (Jen) and Tim Veden, and Dale (Brandi) Gebert; aunt, Kelly (Mike) Goodman; great-aunt, Constance Klemp; cousins, Cyrus Veden and Jackson; best friends, Bailey Epley, Nick Brandy, Mason Gipson and Rachel Knoblock; many extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Perry Veden; and great-uncle, Walter Klemp.

Reilly was a member of the United States Army. He graduated from Chesterton High School in 2017. Reilly loved cars, guns and his customized Mini Cooper ‘S’. He was known as “Big Guy” and “Rally Reilly.” Reilly was a fun loving, compassionate person who would do anything for anyone. He loved his family, friends, his girlfriend, and loved experiencing life’s adventures. Reilly held a special place in the hearts of everyone he met. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Sharing of Memories will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway, Chesterton, IN 46304.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Reilly’s family. Online condolences to the family may be made at www.ee-fh.com
