Kathleen M. LawlerGrimm dies at age 69

Kathleen M. Lawler-Grimm peacefully passed away on February 28, 2017, in Millsboro, DE. She was 69.

Kathleen was born on November 11, 1947 in Norristown, PA.

In 1975 she met the love of her life and best friend Lawrence (Larry) Grimm and they married in 1983.

The couple moved to Chesterton, Indiana, in 1977, where they resided for over twenty years having made many fond memories at their house on Burdick Road. Eventually both retired and moved to Millsboro, DE, in 2000.

Kathleen held many jobs from a bartender to advertising and sales. She was an award winning horse shoe pitcher for many years. She enjoyed all things outdoors, whether it be camping at the Dunes National Park, fishing, swimming or gardening. She loved antique shopping, enjoyed many travels with her Husband and most of all, spending time with her friends and family. She will be remembered as a fun spirited, selfless and kind soul, with a great sense of humor. She was well loved and will be missed by many.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Larry; her brothers Thomas Lawler and Bill Lawler; her sister Susan Lawler; along with many nieces and nephews.

Kathleen was cremated and a memorial will be held in Millsboro, DE, at a later date. Condolences can be sent to 29191 Revel Road, Millsboro, DE, 19966.
