Harold 'Glenn' Wiles service Saturday

Harold “Glenn” Wiles, age 70 of Liberty Township, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2014 at Porter Regional Hospital.

He was born on July 16, 1943 in Gary to Corwin and Lois Blacker Wiles, both of whom preceded him in death.

Glenn is survived by his son, Jody (Linda) Musgrave of Liberty Township, two grandchildren, Anna Rose Musgrave and Joseph Musgrave, both of Liberty Township, brother Jerry Wiles of Lake Station, Ind., cousin Tom and Kathy Krug, many nieces and nephews and all of his beloved pets.

Glenn is also preceded in death by his special friend and business partner, George Wally Musgrave.

Glenn was owner and floral designer at Country Lane Flowers in Chesterton, Ind. He was a past member and officer at the Chesterton American Legion Post 170, a past member of the Porter County Wildlife Board, a past member of the Porter County Animal Board and a past member of the Liberty Township Advisor Board. He also worked with the Indiana D.N.R. for the Wild Animal Rehabilitation for many years and was a Liberty Township Precinct committee member.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 1 p.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 South 2nd St., Chesterton, with Pastor G. Thomas Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Chesterton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 20, and Friday, March 21, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at White-Love Funeral Home.
