Alex A. Miloshoff Celebration of Life Saturday

Back To Front Page

Alex Anthony Miloshoff, of Westville, Indiana, was born February 28, 1965, and died November 12, 2014.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle, and their children, Kevin, Rebecca and Mitch. Also surviving are his parents, Mitchell and Hedwig Miloshoff, and siblings Dave (Denise) Miloshoff, Diane (Randy) Harkabus, Jim (Janice) Miloshoff, Chris (Vickie) Miloshoff, Janet Miloshoff, Mitch (Cathy) Miloshoff, Tom (Gayle) Miloshoff and Dana (Mike) Wahl.

Alex lived for his family. He loved coaching Mitch’s baseball team, being Girl Scout dad for Rebecca and camping with Kevin’s Boy Scout troop. He made even the smallest things in life fun, like teaching his children, when they were young, how to blow straw wrappers at each other in restaurants. Having a laid back personality, many were surprised by his quick wit and occasional zingers. Some of his favorite times were hiking at Turkey Run State Park and California trips with his family, working in the yard, revealing mischievous childhood stories to his mother and playing cards with his dad and children.

A celebration of life will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 15, at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 South Second Street, Chesterton, Indiana. The service, officiated by family friend Jeff Miller, will begin at 1 p.m.
