Knoa Dane Breitzke, age 3 months, of St. John, Ind. passed away on Monday, March 21, 2011 at his home.

He was born Dec. 4, 2010 to Jeb and Kim Breietzke, who survive. Also surviving are brothers Blake, Jabe, Tre and twin brother Knox; grandparents Mark and Vicki Breitzke of Chesterton and David and Rose Carlson of Crown Point; uncles Wade (Cambria) Breitzke and Shane Breitzke; aunts Christin and Patrisha Carlson; great-grandparents Lenora Breitzke, Clyde Simms, Jack and Dorothy Whitworth, and Phyllis and Richard Carlson; and cousin Paige Vandever.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Don Breitzke.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, March 24 from noon to 2 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, 10101 Broadway, Crown Point. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Butler of Bethel Church of Crown Point officiating.
