Patricia Sue Wright, age 74 of Chesterton, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2011 at her home.

She was born February 6, 1937 in Lovilia, Iowa, to Fred and Mary Wright Goodwin, both of whom preceded her in death.

She was married February 11, 1957 in Knoxville, Iowa, to Bud Wright, who passed away in 2007.

She is survived by her four sons Michael, Anthony and Jason Wright of Marion, Ind. and Austin (Julie) Wright of Chesterton, 13 grandchildren, six great grandchildren and siblings Alberta Harris of Minnesota, Evelynne Langman of West Virginia, Mary-Louise Lemaster of Texas and Fred Goodwin of Knoxville, Iowa.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Fred in 2008 and granddaughter Lauren in 1996.

Patricia attended the First United Church of Chesterton.

Her hobbies included making fancy lamp shades, gardening, cooking and antiqueing. She also enjoyed square dancing and clogging.

The family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00 p.m., with the funeral service at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at the White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S. 2nd St., Chesterton, Ind., with Pastor Chris Newman Jacobs and Pastor Cathy Allison officiating.

Patricia loved chocolates, in remembrance of her have a piece of chocolate or share one.
