Ivy Marie Kozlowski, infant daughter of Jon and Diane (Bewley) Kozlowski, came into and left this world on March 29, 2010.

She leaves behind her parents; sister Addison Irene of Portage; maternal grandmother Brenda Bewley of LaPorte; and paternal grandparents Jerome and Susan Kozlowski of Lynwood, Ill.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 1 at 3 p.m. at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home, 517 Broadway, Chesterton. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 1 p.m. until the time of service. www.ee-fh.com
