Former Burns Harbor resident Eleanor Marshall Breen, age 80, of St.
Augustine, Fla., died on December 27, 2009 at her home.
Born in Union Mills, Ind., she was the daughter of Stanley and Emily (Hecht)
Kurczewski. She lived in Burns Harbor for 40 years, working as a controller
in the manufacturing industry. She had been a resident of St. Augustine for
the past 12 years.
She is survived by her husband, David Breen, of St. Augustine; sister
Florence Green of Durham, N.C.; and niece Cindy (husband Tim) Taylor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Stanley
and Edward Kurczewski and sisters Dorothy Green, Helen Kurczewski, Alvina
Smith and Lucille Beach.
St. Johns Family Funeral Home in St. Augustine is in charge of arrangements.
