Richard H. Whitlow, 67, of Long Beach, formerly of Chesterton, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.

Arrangements are being completed by White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S. 2nd St., Chesterton.
