Nancy Darlene Clark Arndt dies at 58

Nancy Darlene Clark-Arndt, of Michigan City, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2008 in her home. She was 58.

She was born Oct. 13, 1949 in Valparaiso, the daughter of Gilbert L. and Gladys R. (Sims) Clark, both of whom preceded her in death.

She is survived by her son, Ron Arndt, of Michigan City; daughters, Sherri Richardson, Angela Morgan, both of Michigan City; seven grandchildren, and sister, Pat (Edward) Adams, of Valparaiso.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Joan Morgan in 1997.

Nancy was a member of the American Legion Post #502 Womens Auxiliary. She was the Nursing Home Administrator for 23 years at Valparaiso Care Center, and was Administrator for seven years at Lincolnshire and Timberview Nursing Homes under TLC Management.

Funeral services, Chaplin Jonathon Rose officiating, will be at 3 p.m., Sunday, April 27 at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S. 2nd St., Chesterton. Memorial service by the American Legion Post #502 Auxiliary will be Saturday at 5 p.m. Interment will be at Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:30-8 p.m. at White-Love Funeral Home.
