Jack Edward Tarnow, infant son of Maggie Peterson Tarnow and Joseph Tarnow was stillborn on June 23, 2008 at Bloomington Hospital, Bloomington, Indiana.

Jack is survived by his parents and grandparents Vonnie Peterson of Chesterton, Mark Peterson, Chicago, and Michele and Len Tarnow of Valparaiso.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Maggie and Joe reside at 928 N. Jackson in Bloomington, Indiana.

Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
