Agnes “Miss Aggie” E. Fonseca, age 78, of Indianapolis passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Miss Aggie had been an Indianapolis resident for 12 years, formerly a life long resident of Gary. She enjoyed quilting, collecting Christmas Angels and Santa’s and other related items and baking cookies. While Miss Aggie lived in Indianapolis she was affectionately known as the “Cookie Lady”.

Agnes is survived by three sons, Robert Fonseca, Michigan City, IN., Kevin (Lynn) Fonseca, Honolulu, HI., Bryan Fonseca, Indianapolis, IN.; one daughter, Hollye Blossom, Hobart, IN.; 10 Grandchildren; 6 Great Grandchildren; and Former Husband and Friend Manuel Fonseca, Hobart, IN.

She is preceded in death by her Parents, five Brothers, and one Sister.

Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Hospice of Porter County or Phoenix Theatre, 749 N. Park Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46202.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 4, 2008 at 1:00pm from Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Road, Hobart, IN with Rev. Gary S. Nagy officiating. Cremation will follow.
