Linda Sue (Wilson) Johnson, of Henderson, Ky., formerly of Chesterton, passed away Monday, August 25, 2008 at Hospice in Evansville, Ind. She was 50.

She was born Nov. 1, 1957 in East Chicago, Ind., the daughter of Louis and Jessie Wilson, both of whom preceded her in death.

She is survived by children, Marleena Johnson and Steve (Crystal) Iler, both of Henderson, Ky.; four grandchildren, Summer, Breanna and Patrick Johnson and Felicity Iler; sisters, Pat (Dave) Pawloski of Michigan City, Dora (Brent) Cunningham, of LaPorte, Marie (Rick) Fancher, of Chesterton, Rachel (Joe) Lanham, of Chester, Ill.; brother Louis Wilson of Henderson, Ky. and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29 at Mason Brothers Funeral Home in Henderson, Ky.

A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 30 at the funeral home, followed by interment, next to her father’s grave in Cave Run Cemetery in Rosine, Ky.
