Gaylene Marie Slattery, of Indianapolis, formerly of Chesterton, passed away Tuesday, June 12, at Indiana Heart Hospital, Indianapolis. She was 65.

A Memorial service will be at 3:30 p.m., Saturday Aug. 11, at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home 517 Broadway, Chesterton.

Memorials may be made to Indiana Lions Cancer Control or the American Lung Association.
