Ida Mae Clark, of Chesterton, passed away Monday, April 23, 2007 at Fountain View Place, LaPorte. She was 88.

She was born on May 28, 1918 in Helena, Montana.

She is survived by five children, Donna (Robert) Taylor, of Clearwater, Fla., Mabel Casteel, of Valparaiso, Connie Kredlo, of Michigan City, Patricia Elliott, of Michigan City and Brian Clark, of Colorado; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.

Ida Mae was a former Brownie Leader in Porter. Her hobbies included gardening and baking.

Funeral services, Pastor Phillip Burke officiating, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 26 at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S. 2nd St., Chesterton. Interment will be at Graceland Cemetery, Valparaiso.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at White-Love Funeral Home.

The family prefers memorials to the University of Chicago Hospitals for Alzheimer’s Research.
