Debra Gween Havner, of Sharon, Tenn., passed away Saturday, April 15, 2007 at her home. She was 53.

She was born July 19, 1953 in Virginia the daughter of Sam and Peggy (Lyons) Sampson, both of whom preceded her in death.

On Oct. 29, 1988 in Portage, she married Ronald G. Havner, who passed away April 15, 2007.

She is survived by two brothers, Bill (Robin) LaFoy of Paris, Tenn. and Joel Bogdan of Portage; two sisters, Michelle (Bill) Taylor of Lake Station and Patricia (late Donald) Tupper of Lake Station; nieces and nephews including niece Patrice McCormick of Chesterton; father and mother-in law, Jack and Shirley Havner of Chesterton.

Debbie was a homemaker.

Private family graveside services with a memorial service will be at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of the White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S. 2nd St.
