Craig Allen Bukur, of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, died Sunday, March 25,
2007 in Denver, Colo. He was 21.
He was born Aug. 30, 1985 in Merrillville, the son of Tony and Lynn (Morgenroth)
Bukur, both of whom survive in Chesterton.
He is also survived by maternal grandfather, Donald Morgenroth of Michigan
City; aunts and uncles, Mike (Sue) Bukur of Crown Point, Michelle (Howard)
Abegg of Hobart, Theresa Bukur of Merrillville, Tina (Mike) Smith of Hobart,
Don (fiancee Sandy) Morgenroth of Portage, Lee Morgenroth of Michigan City,
Lori (Mark) Brant of Michigan City and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Adoree Morgenroth and
paternal grandparents, Richard and Maryann Bukur.
Craig was a student at Alpine Community College in Steamboat Springs, Colo.
Funeral services, Chaplain Mike Porter officiating, will be at 10 a.m.
Monday, April 2 at Edmonds and Evans Funeral Home Portage Chapel, 6941
Central Ave., Portage. Interment will be at Heritage Cemetery, Portage.
Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, April 1 at Edmonds &
Evans Funeral Home Portage Chapel, Portage.
