Anthony Wayne Richey, of Porter, passed away Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006 at Southern Hills Hospital, Las Vegas, Nev. He was 45.

He was born Sept. 1, 1961 in Valparaiso, the son of Richard and Helen (Stroup) Richey, both of whom survive in Porter.

He is also survived by three sisters, Pamela Richey of Orlando, Fla., Karen (Robert) LaFayette of Las Vegas, Nev. and Catherine Richey (husband Gregg Slappey) of Las Vegas, Nev.; a brother, David (Jennifer) Richey of Valparaiso; six nephews and three nieces.

Anthony was employed with Standard Bank and Trust.

A Memorial service, Pastor Gene Tanner officiating, will be Monday, Oct. 23 at 1 p.m. at White-Love Funeral Home, 525 S. 2nd St., Chesterton.

There will be no visitation.
