Thomas Michael Trifone of Terre Haute died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2004, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind. He was 41.

He was born on Aug. 5, 1963, in Chicago.

He is survived by his parents, Mary Trifone of Oak Park, Ill., and Henry Trifone of Clintonville, Wis.; two children, Patrick Trifone and Autumn Trifone of Terra Haute; brothers and sisters, Jeanne Trifone of Chesterton, Cathy Denham of Forest Park, Ill., Bill Trifone of Dubuque, Iowa, John Trifone of Glen Ellyn, Ill., Dan Trifone of San Diego, Cal., Marianne Trifone of Hoffman Estates, Ill., Ed Trifone of Philadelphia, Pa., Barbara Trifone of Dubuque, and Marlene Trifone of Glen Ellyn; and 12 nieces and nephews.

He worked for McLeod USA and twice won the company’s President’s Award.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. (EST) Saturday at St. Patrick Church in Terre Haute. A private burial service will be held Monday at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, Ill.

A wake service is scheduled from 3 to 8 p.m. (EST) today at Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home in Terre Haute.

Memorials may be made Alice’s Inc., Rebuilding Together Duneland, or the Westchester Neighbors Food Pantry.
