Paul Kornau, of Chesterton, died Monday, June 21, 2004 at Valparaiso Care
and Rehab Center, Valparaiso. He was 54.
He was born Sept. 19, 1949 in Germany the son of the late Helmut and
Anstasitja (Genisbiglis) Kornau, who survives in Calif.
He was preceded in death by his wife Rosemary Kornau on May 16, 2004.
He is survived by a daughter, Michelle Lee Kornau (Michael Whelchel) of
Chesterton and a grandson, Niko Tyler Kornau of Chesterton.
Paul was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Chesterton and was
employed by a messenger service in Chicago.
Mass, Rev. James Meade officiating, will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday,
June 26 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 638 N. Calumet Rd., Chesterton.
Cremation will be at Calvary Crematory, Portage.
Friends may gather in the Narthax of St. Patrick Church to meet with the
family from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass at 10 a.m.
There will be no visitation.
Arrangements are under the direction of White-Love Funeral Home, Chesterton.
