Florence C. Dale, of Springville, N.Y., formerly of Chesterton, died Dec. 24, 2004 in Springville. She was 89.

She was born Dec. 10, 1915, the daughter of Olive Frances and George Crocker.

On June 18, 1939 in Indianapolis, she married Arthur Dale, who preceded her in death in 1971.

She is survived by two daughters, Diana Wesbrook of Marshville, Wis. and Priscilla Dale of Glenwood, N.Y. and a son, Michael Dale of Enumclaw, Wash.; five grandchildren and a sister, Grace Goodrich of Ariz.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Molly.

She was a home maker. She was active in Girl Scouting.

Her body will be donated to science.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Columbus, Ohio.
