Beverly L. Van Cise, 54, of Corona Calif., formerly of Lafayette, Ind., died Friday, Nov. 19, 2004 in Loma Linda, Calif.

She was born Sept. 23, 1950 in Valparaiso, the daughter of Leonard Kraft and Thelma (Sharpe) Kraft, of Valparaiso.

On June 3, 1972 in Portage, she married Thomas E. Van Cise of Corona, Calif.

She is also survived by a brother, Alan (Renee) Kraft of Valparaiso, a niece, Alison Kraft of Valparaiso, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was employed as a secretary at her husband’s veterinary practice, All Animals Small and Exotic.

A funeral service, Rev. Joseph Cunningham officiating, will be at 9 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 2 at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home Portage Chapel, 6941 Central Ave., Portage. McCool Cemetery, Portage.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1 at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home Portage Chapel.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
